Installation Projects Refund Policy

- Before Work Begins: Deposits are refundable if you cancel before work commences, minus any costs for permits or planning already incurred.
- During Installation: Partial refunds may be available for unused materials if the project is cancelled mid-way, subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- After Completion: No refunds are offered for completed installation work, but we guarantee our workmanship.
Maintenance and Repair Services

- If work is not completed as promised, we will return to finish the job at no additional charge
